DOL helps 'Digit Al' to communities that TV just can't reach 

Convey Ltd is owned by Digital Outreach Limited (DOL), the organisation set up in 2007 to help marginalized communities understand and be ready for the switchover from analog to digital TV. Its approach of using the voluntary sector to communicate its messages has been extremely effective and also provided capacity building for the sector. DOL has now grown to be one of the UK’s leading providers of community outreach services and works on behalf of government, not-for-profit and private sector clients. 

However, to be able to continue their work beyond the 2012 (the completion date for the switchover) Mission Brand was commissioned to develop the brand strategy, name and identity for a new company - Convey Ltd. This is enabling DOL to leverage its experience gained from the switchover campaign to seek new longer term contracts from a wide range of clients looking to engage with hard to reach communities.
