Bruce worked as Head of Marketing Communications for Three, the video mobile firm launched in 2003. During his tenure, he delivered the marketing collateral to launch both the 'pay monthly' and 'pay as you go' products.
Bruce was responsible for the output and relationship with advertising, digital, event and experiential agencies and during tenure managed the implementation of six major integrated marketing campaigns.
Each year the Marketing Communications team was responsible for an annual production budget of £9m and a media spend of £40m.
This work contributed significantly to the business acquiring 401,000 new ‘pay as you go’ customers in the first 12-week sales period after launch and achieving a 73% total brand awareness.
